CHP Concert  Gr 1-7

On Saturday 2nd August 2025, Carlswald House Preparatory will be entertaining you once again with our concert ‘CHP Presents: A Ticket to the World’. Rehearsals are currently underway, and we are all very excited for this magical afternoon of music and dance. The concert will be held at the Urban Life Church in Crowthorne. This concert is for Grade 1-7 children only.

Leaving CHP? One Term Notice

Grade R-7 If your child is not returning in 2026, please note we require a full term’s notice.  If we do not receive a term’s notice, you will be billed a term’s fees.  This notice must be given in writing on or before the 1st  September 2025.

Grade 2 Outing

On Thursday 7th August, the Grade 2 children will be visiting Lory Park Zoo. The children will be transported via Lux Liner hired buses to and from the venue, accompanied by the teachers. Whilst at Lory Park Zoo, the children will receive a full tour of the zoo with a personal guide.

End of Winter Term Celebration

We will be hosting a Pyjama Day on the 8th of August to celebrate the end of the Winter term and to welcome the August holidays.  Children will be allowed to wear their pyjamas and slippers to school. The cost will be R20 per child and they will receive a cup of hot chocolate and a cup cake. Please give the class teacher the money by Monday 4th  August.

 

End of Term 2

School closes on Friday  8th August at 11:00am.  Please make the necessary transport arrangements to fetch your child between 11:00am and 12:00pm.  Aftercare will start at 12:00pm as usual on that afternoon.

Start of Term 3

School re-opens for Term 3 on Wednesday 3rd  September at 7:00am.

🚗 Car Park & Safety

  • No drop-offs before 6:30am
  • Please enter cautiously (manual boom) and drive slowly and carefully
  • Car stickers must be visible – collect from security

💳 Fees

Fees are due by the 7th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

Open Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 12:00pm. Wednesdays until 2:00pm
