Madiba Day

On Friday the 18^th of July, we will be celebrating Madiba Day. There are some exciting plans for the day.  An email has been sent regarding each class contributions for Mandela.  Please remember to send in your contributions to your class teacher – let’s work together to support those in need.

 

CHP Concert  Gr 1-7

On Saturday 2nd August 2025, Carlswald House Preparatory will be entertaining you once again with our concert ‘CHP Presents: A Ticket to the World’. Rehearsals are currently underway, and we are all very excited for this magical afternoon of music and dance. The concert will be held at the Urban Life Church in Crowthorne. This concert is for Grade 1-7 children only.

TICKETS ARE OFFICIALLY ON SALE AT THE RECEPTION

 

One Term Notice

Grade R-7 If your child is not returning in 2026, please note we require a full term’s notice.  If we do not receive a term’s notice, you will be billed a term’s fees.  This notice must be given in writing on or before the 1^st  September 2025.

🚗 Car Park & Safety

• No drop-offs before 6:30am
• Please enter cautiously (manual boom) and drive slowly and carefully
• Car stickers must be visible – collect from security

💳 Fees

Fees are due by the 7^th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

Boys – Short and neat with no fashion styles

Girls – Tied back, plain accessories (Black/White/Red/Blue)

🛍 Uniform Shop

Open Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 12:00pm. Wednesdays until 2:00pm

🔁 Weekly Reminders

• No smartwatches or cell phones
• We are a nut-free school
• Please label all clothing
• Tuckshop every Friday
• 1-month notice for cancellations of any services – food, swimming etc
• Lost property can be found next to the library
