📌 Important Updates

Junior Prep Sports Day- Gr R-3- SAVE THE DATE

This year, we are splitting the sports day. We will be having Junior Prep Sports Day and Senior Prep Sports Day. The Junior Prep Sports Day is on Saturday 28^th March.

School Holidays- Easter Break

School will be closed on Friday 3^rd April (Public Holiday Good Friday) and on Monday 6^th April (Public Holiday Easter). School will reopen on Tuesday 7^th April at 7:00am.

End of Term 1

School closes on Friday 10^th April at 11:00am. Please make the necessary transport arrangements to fetch your child between 11:00am and 12:00pm. Aftercare will start at 12:00pm as usual on that afternoon. We will have holiday care available – more details to follow.

Start of Term 2

School re-opens for Term 2 on Wednesday 6^th May at 7:00am.

Withdrawal Notice

As per the terms and conditions in the school admissions contract, we require a full term’s notice if your child is not returning to CHP. We require the notice on or before the 6^th May 2026 if you are leaving at the end of the second term.

Co-Curricular

All queries regarding the co-curricular programme as well as the Grade 1 and 2 Integrated Day, must be directed to our Head of Sport, Mr Anthony Lord: lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Fees are due by the 7^th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

Girls – Tied back, plain accessories (Black/White/Red/Blue)

Open Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 12:00 pm. Wednesdays until 2:00 pm

The school gate opens at 6:30am. No child may be dropped off before this time.
We require a months’ notice to cancel school services, aftercare, swimming, and the lunch programme
Tuckshop is every Friday. Children may bring money
Please ensure all uniform items are labelled and the correct Summer uniform is worn
Lost property is located next to the Aftercare class
We are a NUT FREE school. No nut products are to be sent in
No Smart watches or cell phones may be brought to school
