Notice

If you are intending to leave CHP at the end of the year, your notice must be sent to Leressa (admin@carlswaldhouse.co.za) by Wednesday, 10^th September.

 

Grade 2 Outing

On Friday 12^th September, the Grade 2 children will be visiting Lory Park Zoo. The children will be transported via Lux Liner bus to and from the venue, accompanied by the teachers. Whilst at Lory Park Zoo, the children will receive a full tour of the zoo with a personal guide.

 

Spring Walk 2025: Saturday 20^th September:  

We will hold our Safari Spring Walk on Saturday 20^th  September.   This is a Fund Raising event for CHP. The sponsor forms will be sent home with your child.  Please help your children collect sponsorships or donations.  Any lost forms will cost R200.  Further details will be emailed.

 

Heritage Day Festivities

Tuesday 23^rd September Gr R-7 will be celebrating Heritage Day. Children can come dressed in their cultural/traditional dress or a South African sports jersey.  Further details will be emailed.

 

School Closed

CHP will be closed on Wednesday 24^th  September (Public Holiday – Heritage Day).  School will re-open on Thursday 25^th  September.

🚗 Car Park & Safety

• No drop-offs before 6:30am
• Please enter cautiously (manual boom) and drive slowly and carefully
• Car stickers must be visible – collect from security

💳 Fees

Fees are due by the 7^th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

Boys – Short and neat with no fashion styles

Girls – Tied back, plain accessories (Black/White/Red/Blue)

🛍 Uniform Shop

Open Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 12:00pm. Wednesdays until 2:00pm

• No smartwatches or cell phones
• We are a nut-free school
• Please label all clothing
• Tuckshop every Friday
• 1-month notice for cancellations of any services – food, swimming etc
• Lost property can be found next to the library
