🗓 Dates to Remember

📌 Important Updates

This week’s Assembly:  Grade 4A

 

CHP Sports Day

Gr R – 7 Sports Day on Saturday 21^st June at 8:30am.  Parents, this is a compulsory school day, all CHP children must attend.  More details will be emailed.

School Photos

GR R – 7 Class, Individual, Sibling Photos, Sports and Culture Photos: These will be taken on Wednesday 25^th June and Thursday 26^th June. Children must come to school dressed in their full Winter uniform (Gr R-3 must be dressed in their full (clean) tracksuits). If they have PE on those days, they must wear their school uniform and bring their PE kit.  Senior Prep children must dress in full Winter uniform with their tie and blazer.

 

Half Term Break

School closes next Friday 27^th  June at 1:30pm.  Aftercare continues as usual on that day.  School re-opens on Monday 7^th  July at 7:00am.

Uniform

All CHP children should be wearing full winter uniform now. No summer uniform is permitted.

🚗 Car Park & Safety

• No drop-offs before 6:30am
• Please enter cautiously (manual boom) and drive slowly and carefully
• Car stickers must be visible – collect from security

💳 Fees

💇‍♂️ Hair Guidelines

Boys – Short, neat, no fashion styles

Girls – Tied back, plain accessories (Black/White/Red/Blue)

 

🛍 Uniform Shop

Open Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 12:00pm. Wednesdays until 2:00pm

🔁 Weekly Reminders

• No smartwatches or cell phones
• We are a nut-free school
• Please label all clothing
• Tuckshop every Friday
• 1-month notice for cancellations of any services – food, swimming etc
• Lost property can be found next to Aftercare
