CHP Carnival Day

The CHP “Carlswald Carnival” Fun afternoon will be held on Friday, 6^th June 2025. The afternoon is only for CHP children from Grade R-7. The afternoon will run from 1:30pm-5:00pm, with lots of fun and entertaining activities for the children. Just to name a few: Rocket Launcher, Mechanical Bull, Soccer Shootout, Climbing Wall, Jumping Castles, Duel Stick Gladiator, 12 Seater Swing, Pony Rides, Face Painting and much more!! The children will be supervised by the CHP staff from 1:30pm to 5:00pm. All children must be collected by 5:00pm. The ticket bands cost R150-00 per child for the fun afternoon. TICKET BANDS ARE ON SALE FROM RECEPTION.

On Carnival day there will be vendors selling food and drinks.  Please send money with your children – a  minimum amount of R50 will be sufficient.

Uniform

All CHP children should be wearing full winter uniform now. No summer uniform is permitted.

 

Gr R Fathers’ Day Celebration

Gr R will be celebrating Father’s Day on Thursday 12^th June. Details will be emailed.

 

Youth Day Public Holiday

Monday, 16^th June is Youth Day, a public holiday and school is closed.  School re-opens on Tuesday 17^th June.

 

🚗 Car Park & Safety

• No drop-offs before 6:30am
• Please enter cautiously (manual boom) and drive slowly and carefully
• Car stickers must be visible – collect from security

 

💳 Fees

Boys – Short, neat, no fashion styles

Girls – Tied back, plain accessories (Black/White/Red/Blue)

 

🛍 Uniform Shop

Open Monday–Friday, 7:30am–12:00pm. Wednesdays until 2:00pm

• No smartwatches or cell phones
• We are a nut-free school
• Please label all clothing
• Tuckshop every Friday
• 1-month notice for cancellations of any services – food, swimming etc
• Lost property can be found next to Aftercare
